We accept orders from all around the globe. Once an order is successfully submitted, we then handle it within 3-5 business days. Once the artwork is on its way to the buyer, the buyer will receive an email notification with the tracking information for the most up-to-date information provided by our partner courier, FedEx. The estimated delivery time range for FedEx shipments varies depending on the service selected, the destination, and the origin of the package.

FedEx insures the goods until they have been delivered to the buyer.

Buyers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return of the artwork in its original condition by contacting the gallery at customer@avrianart.gallery. We consider each return case individually; however, a buyer is usually responsible for covering the return shipping fees. 

Free Return is granted only in cases when the artwork is damaged in transit.
