    AVRIAN ART GALLERY was established in 2022 to bring original works by early stage artists and fine art students to the global market. The name AVRIAN is descended from the Greek word 'ávrio', which means tomorrow, and at AVRIAN ART GALLERY, we endorse artists who may well define the art scene of tomorrow.

  • Can I request individual art advice?

    Yes, you can. Moreover, it is for free because it is our pleasure to introduce collectors to new artistic positions. AVRIAN Art Advisory collaborates both with private and corporate clients, buyers - newcomers, and seasoned art collectors to provide expert guidance and advice in selecting, acquiring, and preserving artworks.   • Will I be charged taxes or customs fees?

    Yes. Delivery rates, VAT and custom fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order.

Shipment & Delivery

  • Where does AVRIAN ART GALLERY deliver?

    We accept orders from all around the globe.

  • How long does it take for my artwork to arrive after being shipped?

    We aim to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the seller then processes your order within 3-4 business days. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information, along with the estimated delivery date from our partner courier, FedEx.

  • How can I track the status of my artwork delivery

    If you already have a tracking number, please feel free to check the status via FedEx . Alternatively, contact Customer Service if you have any questions about your status of your order.

  • Do drawing, painting, and photography arrive ready to hang?

    "Ready to hang" can refer to both framed and unframed artworks. Review the artwork description to determine the packaging type, whether the work requires framing upon arrival, or any additional hardware is required to display it properly.

Return Policy

  • Can I return the artwork, if I'm not satisfied?

    We do our best to display your artwork on AVRIAN as accurately as possible. However, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return of the artwork in its original condition by contacting the gallery at customer@avrianart.gallery. We consider each return case individually; however, a buyer is usually responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

  • How to return an artwork?

    • Request return - customer@avrianart.gallery
    • Securely repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials.
    • We will schedule FedEx pickup at your doorstep.
    • Receive your refund.

  • What to do when artworks are damaged in transit?

    Every shipment of the artwork is a gamble with fate and circumstances, even with the best-laid art transport plans. If the damage has been identified, take close-up photos of the compromised areas and include a reference for scale, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or a refund by contacting the gallery at customer@avrianart.gallery.

  • Free Returns

    Free Return is granted only in cases when the artwork is damaged in transit.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    We will send you an e-mail and confirm once your return is received and the refund is being processed. You will be refunded through the original payment method within 14 business days.
