Claudia Schioppa lives in Milan and grew up in Rome, attending the academies of both cities, obtaining a bachelor's degree in painting and then a master's degree in Art Therapy. She defines Art as the place where relationships exist. Her work revolves around the psychology of the body through drawing, be it human, animal or otherworldly.

"The direction I perceive is not unambiguous, but reticular. I would like to give more specific answers. Still, I feel that I will continue on this strange pendulum swinging between the physical and immaterial body, writing its stories and drawing its traces as long as I have strength and restlessness."
