Livia Giuliani was born in 1995 in Rome, where she currently lives and works. She enrols at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma ( BA in Painting) in 2015.

At the end of her BA, she decides to focus on illustration,  majoring in Art Graphics - Illustration and Art Publishing. She develops her work using a digital technique that she transfers into analog through layering of different types of paper and glue. Often her work is accompanied by personal texts and limericks. Since 2021 she is artist Paolo Laudisa's assistant ,whose archive she curates. She is co-founder of Slow Love exhibition.
